My wife and I will be taking a trip to Rhode Island for a family wedding and then spending 4 nights in Back Bay. From what I have seen, Back Bay is awesome place! I plan to wake up early each morning for sunrise photography. As of now, my plan is to walk to Boston Public Garden each morning. Is there any other place that is not to far from Back Bay that is worth visiting for sunrise? I may be up for using Uber to get to a location if recommended :-)

I plan to enjoy a sunset from the Prudential Skywalk one evening. Any other recommendations for sunset?

Thanks for any feedback.

Hit Charles Street, nice walk & lots of little shops and old buildings. Commonwealth Ave is a nice walk also. Hanover Street for awesome Italian food. Faneuil Hall market place is cool. If you like to people watch take the red line train to Harvard Square in Cambridge.
You will find its a very walkable city, hope you enjoy your stay.

I live in Boston, I would say don't miss this. Go to the Charles river in the morning to take photos, depending on where you are in back bay, it shouldn't be more than a 5 blocks. It's good at night too.
