why defocus between passes?
I guess you wouldn't if it were based on DOTune. Other AFMA methods require defocusing because they are looking for the best focus point. DOTune starts out with the lens in focus.

Well, it appears they pulled the zip file from the server. But yeah, once it's back, the firmware update isn't OS specific.
