Maybe, depending on what causes the problem - if there is a problem. If it's a DoF problem exacerbated by focus/recompose then MFA will make no difference. Until proper tests are run (tripod, proper target, etc) there's no way to tell.

Most likely as others have mentioned this is a focus and recompose issue. I know as it happened to me. I now move the focus point on my camera and yield much better results

Not for the OP, as his camera doesn't have MFA. As Frank said above though it needs to be full ascertained what the actual problem really is. if it were a case of the lens front/back focusing then MFA is designed to correct for that problem.
