From a previous session:

Fuji X-T1 with a Rokinon 50mm F1.2 wide open at F1.2
Had to use a 3 stop ND filter to even be able to do this, with HSS (due to F1.2 and base ISO 200)
OCF with ETTL & HSS is a Flashpoint R2 TTL Zoom LiOn in a 28" beauty dish at close range

lol, thanks. I have never posted on a forum that required the used of a button to make sure youy posting is connected. So, I have been shown the errors of my ways.

Can someone explain how to setup up my 6D to allow for HSS , it keeps defaulting to 1/180 (ad200 & XProC)

If turning on HSS on the XproC does not automatically sync with the 6D, go to 6D's menu Setting the Flash --external flash control -- flash function settings --shutter sync, change it to HSS (probably was in first curtain sync).

I’m also guessing you’re shooting in Av, so make sure that you check the “Flash Control” menu on the 6D (first menu page on my 7D2) to make sure you haven’t messed with the flash sync speed settings and limited them. It should be set to “auto”.
