So I got this pen in the mail today. It's a sample of a business style pen and it has photos from my website on it. I don't know if I should think that it'as a neat thing or if I should be concerned that someone used pictures from my website without permission.

I guess you could call it unsolicited advertisement (not of my website but of the company designing the pen). It's pretty neat looking though. I probably won't get any but what would you do? Would you consider this as copyright infringement or more unsolicited advertisement?

Shampoo sounds like an unfortunate name for a hair product.

I would probably buy a couple boxes of pens.

Yeah, they're only .39 a piece for 100.

I just thought that it was funny that someone took the time to download pictures off my website (that feature is blocked BTW meaning someone did some work to grab those images) and make a pen and send it to me. I'll definitely use it. :)

Since the creation of Firefox and Chrome browsers there is no such thing as "Blocking photos from being downloaded". Two clicks of the mouse is all it takes to download any image. I'd watermark your images if this is a concern.

Unless I see someone using them as if they took them I don't think I have a reason to be concerned.

If I can share my own experience here then its really tough to find out who is using your image and when, lots of images from our own site are already using by different people. So I guess there is no effective solution of this.
