How to edit skin

Hey guys,
I'm trying to edit my daughter's pictures. I am just learning PSE. I'd like to edit her skin a little and make it more smooth and a little more pink. Can you direct me where to look up how to do that? I googled of course, but haven't found a good tutorial yet.

Can you post an example, preferably a RAW file posted on DropBox. It would help us to better help you.

I'm not going to attempt to describe it because it's way too involved, but look up 'frequency separation'. There are several good tutorials out there on how to do it and with a little practice I've had excellent results retouching skin with that method.
