2015 Planes of Fame Air Show in Chino

Howdy everyone,
I attended this years Chino Air Show for the Friday twilight and Saturday regular show and it did not disappoint. It was really nice to see the F-22 flying during twilight which is something that supposedly it has never done before for an airshow. Here are some of the shots I came away with. C&C always appreciated.

They sure had a lot of P-51 Mustangs flying.

They always do. This has to be one of the best warbird air shows in the country.

Stunning images, that moon one is fantastic and the colours on the F-22 are great.

I was so suppose to go the Twilight show but my scheduler screwed up and sent me out of town. I was so pissed...the weekend show was not bad. Was interesting on Saturday with the guy that violated the airspace and got arrested.

Thanks everyone. I'll be there next year for sure. Probably going to get the Saturday sunrise pass as well. I was going to get it this year but they were sold out when I went online to buy it.

The sunrise pass is worth the price of admission. But I wouldn't pay to get in the photo pits - not worth it.

Btw, love the way you post process these photos!

What photo pits? There are no photo pits at the POF show. The main reason I get sunrise is so I can get a good location before the rest of the people show up. This year we had the ideal location until the guys on the hot ramp parked the P36 and A12 right in front of us. Really sucked for the low level passes.

I agree....i was on one of the first trams into the place and still couldn't get right up to the fence at show center...will definitely be doing the sunrise pass next year for that reason....
