i'm guessing the distilled water will do the trick.
btw, my advice is from taking care of monitors with non reflective coatings. The distilled water certainly won't hurt anything and will likely solve the problem. Windex is basically watered down ammonia and if it's okay for coated glass it's gotta be okay for coated metal.
oh, and spray the windex onto the same rag with the distilled water, is what i meant. the windex will add just a touch more cleaning power. Tightly woven fabric like a baby diaper is the best bet, soft yet strong with no fibers left behind.
