Thanks Lester. I haven't had a birdhouse for years. Our last renters were Tree Swallows, and they were brutal. You couldn't go anywhere near them without getting dive bombed!

Amazing what a little observation can tell you about bird habits/behaviors. I'd have to say that house must seem like a mansion to the little Chickadees though
