Four WWII bombers that were part of the Arsenal of Democracy fly-over flew out of Manassas, Va. Here are a few shots I got when they departed for the fly-over yesterday....

Nicely done. Based on the National News last night there were a few photo ops featuring WW ll warbirds commemorating VE Day.

A skill is developed through constant practice with a passion to improve, not bought.

That silver B-17 is Aluminum Overcast. I shot it last year when it visited Willard Airport in Champaign, IL.

Great shots! I was at the Washington Monument to get some pics but it was hazy and the sun was directly overhead. If I get one image as good as yours I'll be a happy girl!

3 is underexposed and the crop does nothing, otherwise nice and sharp with prop blur. Probably 100,000 other photos with stopped propellers of this historic event make yours stand out in the crowd.
