For a walk around camera using the 10-18, 18-135, and 55-250 IS stm lens which body has better IQ, high ISO, faster AF? etc....I have access to both and wasn't sure which was the superior body

IQ wise the SL1 shows improvement in JPEGs (ISO 6400 is surprisingly usable) and it is ridiculously lightweight. The T3i will be more comfortable hand holding for longer periods and the battery life will be better. With the bigger lenses you won't see much difference in the overall size of the setup. My junk

Sounds great. My son has the T3i and I had picked up the SL1 for a lightweight travel camera. I just would have swiped his if it was better!
