What the heck is it? Worm? Slug? Parasite???

O.k. I just spotted this thing oozing around on top of the soil of one of my plants that I brought in yesterday (to avoid a hailstorm).
I've never seen one of these before and a still picture just didn't do it justice so I made a video.
It's very tiny... about 10-15mm long depending on how stretched out it is.
Anyone have a clue what it is?
