I bought this from a photographer on Fred Miranda last year and it had a shutter count of about 23,000. I just checked with EOS Count and it now has 25,281. I have a screen shot of the EOS Count if you would like to see it.
I've used this body enough to know that it has no issues and performs perfectly. I've looked the body over and cannot find any scuffs, scratches or dings. Back LCD is in great shape with no scratches or cracks and only some imperceptible, small markings probably due to the camera rubbing against shirt buttons while being carried, etc. Top LCD had some markings on it when I got it, but they are not scratches and do not hinder viewing info, etc. Has been stored in a pelican case when not used.
The battery grip was also purchased used and I have not had any issues with it. It is an authentic Canon grip.
The batteries are authentic Canon batteries and hold a full charge. They a little over a year old.
Comes with original box and software, charger, strap and I even have the battery tray for the grip. I never use the battery tray....but it's there just the same. No box for the grip.
