I am finally leaving Canon for Sony and I don't plan to utilize the EOS mount in my move (I'm going back to my roots of all manual lenses). It's with a heavy heart that I offer up this collection. I have quite a number of transactions here and a feedback rating of 59 over at Fred Miranda.

This lens is in wonderful condition. So beautiful. This is my favorite lens of all time. The portrait photographs it produces are really breathtaking. It includes the Caps, Case, Box and hood. I'm including a NOS hood I bought after obtaining the lens. I paid $2500 for the lens a couple of years ago and $300 for the hood = $2800. I sold it once, regretted it and bought it back. I'm hoping for a quick sale $2100 all-in. I'll cover paypal fees and shipping.
The pictures are representative of the condition both body and glass (near mint) and there's just a slight amount of micro-dust around the outer edge inside the elements. Hard to see, a non-factor image-wise, but disclosed nonetheless.
For those who do not know, the Conurus conversion allows the lens to auto focus with any EOS camera! Please bone up on this conversion if you are interested. The conversion allows for a multitude of micro-adjustments at 3 different distances. This is outside of the micro-adjustment through your Canon camera. Because of the nature of this sale, your feedback and familiarity of this glass will play a role in the sale. I want a no muss-no fuss transaction.

You know what this is.
Condition: Body and Glass are wonderful. I can see two tiny specs on one of the internal elements near the front. Obviously a non-factor. The hood has the usual scuffing. I sent this into CPS for a clean and check along with a 6D and 70-200 II because I wanted the new buyer to have piece of mind. I can give the copy of that receipt with the lens. The box, hood, soft case, are all included.

I picked this lens up from another established member last year. It's been professionally converted by Jim Buchanan. This lens condition is remarkable. Aside from one area that shows the tiniest amount of brassing near the lens release button on the camera, it looks new. I can't even see any dust internally. This is a real gem. It includes hard to find hood also in great condition.
