Hey all, it's been at least a year since I posted my last portraits for C&C, and I'm here again looking for further comments.

These were taken at a senior recital of a friend of mine still at college both before hand and afterward at the reception.

And they're just classmates . Her SO and his parents are in the last picture.

Watch your backgrounds, although they are well out of focus, I don't like seeing the square sewer drainage in the background. Also the birch tree in number 2.

I'm not crazy about the b&w convertion.

IMO 7 isn't suited as a b&w. I like 8 as a b&w bc it is more of a moment captured but I think it needs a contrast boost.

Also Keith, thanks for pointing that out. Not! Now it drives me nuts when I look at it lol. At least I will try to keep a better eye out next time.
