Sony Support

Does Sony have anything equivalent to CPS for Canon? I sure like being able to send my cameras and lenses in for annual cleaning and checkups!

If not, what a lapse on their part! If they want to compete with the pro's, they need to start supporting like pro's. Tell me they have a SPS or one in the works!

Did anyone sign up for this at all? I sent them my .pdf (what a weird process) a day ago and haven't received so much as a confirmation of receipt..

Edit - FWIW, eventually they responded. It took about a month total. Haven't paid yet since I just got the notification on Thursday and it's a holiday weekend, but I'll follow up again when the actual packet / info arrives.

Finally came in.. phew, that was a long process.
