This was taken at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach, VA last August. Any help appreciated, as all my searching has been in vain. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Beekeeper, Nogo, and LV Moose. I had talked myself out of the Mockingbird identy several times. Guess I should have stuck with my first thoughts.

Nogo, I looked up the Brush Cuckoo, and I can see some similarities, however, they are found in Australia, and this one was in Virginia, USA.

Thanks all.

Thanks John. This was a surprise shot. When I saw him I just clicked twice and then he flew away. It was cropped a lot.

Thanks again for the comments everyone.
