But since this is a gift for your wife, which one does she prefer? PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | Comments welcome

Same lighting but different angles and FL. Only had one shot at it, do to time. I like all three, but can only pick one.

I like that the crop is zoomed in a bit closer which emphasizes the river (although the foreground rocks in #1 are great as well); the detail in the water looks sharper (see ripples upper right of "U"). It would also be an easy job to put in the sky from #1 and, as was already suggested, some lens correction. Maybe brighten up the shadows on the cliff faces a bit as well. I think any of them would look good on your wall. Dale

How close to the edge were you? I often see this captured with the lover part of the river partially cut off by rocks. https://www.martinfeldmanphotography.com

Yes, I can just imagine. My wife got hysterical when I got too close to the edge at Deadhorse Point. Well worth the effort. Great image. Were you standing with a tripod or lying fairly flat? https://www.martinfeldmanphotography.com

Were you standing with a tripod or lying fairly flat? I scooted on my butt to the edge and put the tripod on a small rock platform below me. The shots I wanted was sunrise/sunset but it was too overcast.
