My 6D has a hot pixel.
Is there some way of mapping it out in the camera?

What do you mean by mapping it out ?

Although a pain in the arse, it's a very easy fix in post.

It is very easy to fix hot pixels.

Take off the lens and install the body cap. Do a manual sensor clean for about 30 seconds. (or more)
