I spent Saturday at the West Coast Festival of Giants at the old Castle AFB. Had a great time and I even ruined a pair of shorts by sitting on the ground to "get the shot". We had an un-announced fly-by (and landing)....the P-51D "Grim Reaper". I guess he was in the area and asked if they could land. Way cool!

Your "I got dirty" shots were worth it. Nice work on them. I'd guess the pilots of the 2 Viper Jets must fly together regularly to do that formation pass so well. Do you shoot R/C often? I have a 2 day event to shoot this weekend but the weatherman isn't co operative right now.

Yes, the two jet pilots are professionals. Very, very hard to follow with the camera...LOL! I don't shoot R/C regularly. Last R/C event I shot was my father's event when I was visiting my parents back in PA. That time it was easy because the event was geared for sailplanes.
