Slightly different perspective, and different approach to PP:

I just love the illustration-like colors you can get with a7 files...I can't ever recreate it on my 5DS R. This isn't what I'd call really "natural" looking, but I love it nonetheless.

The architect in me won't allow me to take shots with this much keystoning - it's why I feel so chained to shifting with TS-Es. :)

Vinz, I so appreciate that your photography is so much more than the "pretty girl". The lighting and settings you use make such compelling images.

Also, another thought: count me as also appreciative that this model isn't smiling. I am annoyed by the "pretty girls have to smile" mentality and I like that you've ignored all the "she should smile" comments posted several pages back in this thread. This more thoughtful look feels more rich to me.

Stunningly awesome work. :)

Thank you. I really appreciate your feedback mate.

For me smile is only one of the many expressions. I always tell the models to act like actresses because they are. With modeling they will have a chance to audition on anything. That includes acting in movies or tv commercials.

In SilverFX II I like to move the color filter slider around to see what interesting contrasts develop. In this case an orange filter makes the orange/brown pine needles on the forest floor go white making more contrast with the tree trunks.

I disagree. Terrific lighting and composition. But, something about her photo's bugs me, and that is the same expression over and over. She looks like a mannequin you posed. The images lack life.

It's an awesome picture, but to be honest at F/8 almost all modern lenses are very good. So credit goes to the photographer instead of the lens. ;-)a
