It was hot and humid--mid-to-upper 80s with no breeze. I estimate that I've stepped foot into Magic Kingdom no less than 50 times in my life, but it wasn't until this trip did I realize how little shelter there was from the sun/heat for a toddler trying to go to sleep in a stroller. I've always been aware of the limited spots to hide from the rain (for guests, anyways), but my mind never processed the two as one in the same. In spite of the elite landscaping throughout the park, there are pretty much no trees that provide shade. I couldn't help but think of what it was going to feel like in August for Eddie! mk5416 ISO 10,000, no choice for it when I typed in metadataIMAGE LINK: https://www.flickr.com …0984/in/datetaken-public/ mk6516 ISO 10,000, no choice for it when I typed in metadataIMAGE LINK: https://www.flickr.com …0181/in/datetaken-public/ mk6316 Sony A7RIII, Tamron 28mm 2.8 Di III OSD M1:2, Sonnar T* FE 55mm f/1.8 ZA, Canon 200mm 2.8L ii, Sigma MC-11, HVL-F43M

I grew up partly in Avon Park and have visited since the opening 17 times....I remember one sneeking a kayak into Disney waters at 0200 and paddling with complete freedom--seeing only the workers who barely gave me a glance. Fascinating place...I wonder if underground Disney tours are still available. Thanks Mickey. Fascinating is a great word to describe Disney property. I wish it was more like it was when I did my low-level internship there in '94, which was probably well after you after-hours kayaking jaunt--LOL. Most people don't realize how much Disney-owned property surrounds Walt Disney World and the resort areas, but it is absolutely massive. I sure hope Sony addresses the issue soon. Driving back from northwest Arkansas to Dallas to spend the night. Then driving back home to SATX tomorrow. Didn't get to shoot as much as I would have liked but I get a chance to use my Lox 21 some. Will see how the images turn out. Alfredo take your son now while he's young enough to take out of school during the off season. We used to go off season every year and if you pick the right time, the crowds are very light....parictularly in Anaheim. We've gone on days where it was so light that we we're riding rides back to back. focalpointsphoto.com

At any rate, I decided to take a kit consisting of the A6000/pz16-50 and A7R/FE55. My little Lowpro 17L served as a combo diaper bag/camera bag, and it was shockingly efficient for this purpose. I always wore one of the cameras, probably sporting the A6000 75% of the time. The A7R combo was used to get shots of the castle/main street and on Pirates of the Carribean just messing around to compare it to the shots I took a few years back with the 6D/135L combo. I know, apples to oranges but why not? ![]() mk5416 ISO 10,000, no choice for it when I typed in metadata ![]() mk6516 ISO 10,000, no choice for it when I typed in metadata ![]() mk6316

Yeah, I also cancelled my 85GM preorder immediately when those reports started surfacing on the Chinese forums. $1800 is too much to pay when there's clearly a widespread issue. It's not just one person reporting this - that would just be a bad copy. So far I've only heard of ONE report of someone receiving an 85GM that doesn't do this. That's insane. People defending Sony and saying "eh, I'm sure it'll be OK" are nuts IMHO. This isn't by design. Sony would not make a big deal about clickless aperture for video, if the focus is meant to be so loud that it destroys video audio to begin with. This is clearly a problem and early adopters on this one will probably all have to deal with a recall. I still look forward to picking up an 85GM, and pitting it against my other 2 85's, but only after Sony has figured out what the hell is going on and fixed the problem. You'll LOVE the Batis. The ONLY downside on the Batis is that you pay for the amazing CA control with some slight nissen bokeh issues, but it absolutely KILLS it in every other aspect.

I prefer to make it using Cream of Cheddar Cheese Soup rather than actual grated cheese. I also like to include sausage with a little garlic and green onions. Great dish for a cool, cloudy day like today. IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/Fez2GfGene - My Photo Gallery ||
