I spent an hour doing the log in password thing last night....replied to one of my password reset emails with a long rant.... 2x later it worked.

Interestingly enough, it was linked to my playstation network account, so all of my payment info was already in the system. It might help to set an account up online, and get your payment info squared away there. Same here, my PSN account made it very easy, just click install and it asks to confirm your paypal payment.
