No problem Vinz.

I have this strong desire to shoot astro now. I'm planning for another attempt at the Milky Way but this time back in my area near the Texas hill country. I'm going to check out Stellarium to help me plan along with Photo Pills.

As a Mini owner, I can say, it is a hoot to drive. Mine is setup for the race track more than the street, and it will hang with faster cars..until the tracks looses its curves...but I have plans on fixing that.

My daughter finished PreK-4 yesterday...so I spent an hour with her class playing and goofing off...of course the camera was out. My daughter gives me ugly faces now, I think I took too many photos of her when she was smaller and now she sometimes seems to resent the camera...the other kids in her class love it, they ham it up...this is one of her best buddies, and for me, seems to capture not only his spirit, but the free, fun spirit of kids in general...the A7R2 and the Sigma 50Art are such a great combo.

It still amazes me how many people underestimate or completely have no idea what a Mini really can do. You can always tell a true driving enthusiast from a general "car guy" based on how they perceive cars like Mini Coopers and Mazda Miatas... if they scoff at them then they clearly aren't real enthusiasts

Which generation is your Mini?

Great shot by the way ;)

what if you like Minis but don't like miatas ;)

I would question whether you've driven one ;)

Plus, there are plenty of cars that I respect, but don't necessarily like or desire to own (like an r35 GTR)

Panty hose, and a lens and sensor sharp enough to spot it, perhaps?

Agreed. I have driven a lot of cars on track...Miata's and Minis are some of the most fun.

Mine is a 2008 Cooper S.
