I am confused. Are you saying version 13 will be the last version Sony makes? Or the the last one you will use? Has Sony announced they are dropping Vegas?

"Klaus Schmidt

We are thrilled to announce that Magix today aquired Sony's Video Editing and Music Software Portfolio"

Looks like there will be a Vegas Pro v. 14 this fall now!

Continuing with the series from Long Beach.

These two were taken with the Zeiss 2.8/18.

8-) Nice!

I think this will pass here. Let me know if I have to delete it.

Underexposed on purpose to mimic ambience while sleeping. Lit with my knock off version of ice light

It seems that you guys have all the cure$ for your GAS. i cannot relate because i don't have the cure. :p

The cure is actually pretty simple. It's called "determination". If you really want to stop collecting gear, then you simply stop clicking the "Place Order" button. For example: if your doctor tells you that your next drop of alcohol will kill you and you really want to live, then you simply stop drinking. If you can't stop collecting gear, then you simply don't want it enough. ;-)a

Well, that's a perfectly valid decision since you fall into the category "don't really want to stop". :-P

Actually, the cure for GAS is to have the wherewithal to pay for one's GAS. That is, after all the important obligations in life are taken care of first of course. ;-)a I'm fortunate to be in that situation since I lead a simple, frugal life retired and living alone and can afford to have GAS.

Well, what cured my GAS was when I bought my car. Just spend enough so you just have little left so it is simply not possible to get anything :p

Im now selling a few things that i dont use so i can buy an RX1RII at some time...

In not sure what category I fall into? The easily satisfied one I presume :)

I can afford much more camera gear really but I don't see the point of having lots and lots of money tied up in it.

Of the two images of the lady in the hammock, I like this one better. The viewing angle and the softened light make the image appear more natural for the hammock setting. I’m not sure about the exposure… the first one was perhaps too bright, but this one seems to me slightly dark.

Great image, regardless!
