Nice photo Vinz but...

I'm obviously too old to get it but I can't help but think she could be an attractive girl without all that metal in her head. -?

I'm 28 and feel the same way...

I don't get why people think mutilating their faces makes them more attractive. My sister has a similar set of metal on her face, I'll never understand.

i'm not sure Gene. At one time I removed it in post but i thought maybe it's an insult for her so I just kept them otherwise an easy PS job to remove.

My wild guess is so that magneto can track her easily. :p

I'm not a fan of it either, but I'm not sure I would take it out as this is something she consiously decided to wear and part of her identity.

While i do not have any tattoos or piercings, i kind of understand the point of tattoos and piercings in certain places. Some well thought out tattoos with a meaning or even if its just for aesthetics, why not, if its not like you have your whole body printed. Piercings on the nose, ears, bellybutton okaay. But having the whole body tattooed or having piercings around the mouth or eyebrows...

Pay attention when the models are taking a break and chatting. That's when you get the most real expression sometimes. I saw Anna chatting and laughing.. I passed by and said hold that! boom! got the shot.... she's so /ˈɡôrjəs/....

I finished the pano image of the Copa America game. The detail is astounding in the high res version which I will also link below. I had to shoot at f6.3 and ISO2500 so I could keep the shutter up over 1/100 sec to avoid motion blur in the people. The front of the image is sharp and fades towards the back of the stadium due to the shallow DoF. I like the effect actually. The players are sharp which was a relief to me.

14 shot pano with the Loxia 21 stitched in Lightroom CC. I couldn't justify the price of Autopano Giga quite yet.

I do agree that the piercings shouldn't be removed since they are a part of her personality. As for self expression, I just wear a hat, something that I can change whenever I get tired of looking at it. :-D
