My "Brinner"... For dinner this evening, I had potatoes o'brien with pico de gallo, half a fried polish sausage and creamy scrambled eggs. Yum!

I don't know where to ask this question, but because it is related to Sony A7x so i will ask here.

How much is the used A7r going these days? i mean if i want to sell my A7r used by me only, it is 2 years [and few months] old, how much it will cost? and if i want to sell it with Metabones III how much then?

Arrrgghh I leave for Baja in a week and a half. TSE wont sell im down to 1300?????? WTH other lenses wont sell. GRRRRRRR

Looks like Im not taking an 18 with me at this point sigh

just go on to eBay, search for a7r then click "sold items" and it shows all the recent ones that have sold and for how much

And is that the standard or reference one? not sure if they show the conditions or age of item too, and it is according to what? so if i want to sell it at my price i can't because it doesn't match ebay? i will give it a look anyway, don't worry.

You obviously have to decide what condition your one is in then spend a bit of time going through the sold items on eBay until you get a feel for how much ones in a similar condition are selling for. Takes a bit of input and time from you. No one on here is going to be able to give you a value for the very reasons you mentioned in your previous post I.e we don't know it's condition

But how i can or know what is the value of mine? and what factors i should build on to value? i don't want to give value then finding out that it is unfair [either it is lower than it should be or higher than it should be], i thought members here know about valuing gear somehow, or is it subjective as well?

Check out recent sales on FM. I use that as a reference point more than eBay. With FM you have photographers who will carefully list the condition, any faults, and any accessories that are included. Not that eBay is a bad reference point but there's more than a fair share of things on eBay selling as no box, only camera, lens, missing hoods, etc.

With FM you'll see a general price point with outliers (low quick sales and high prices). It's not perfect either since you don't know the true price of the sale since prices can be negotiated.

What you may have working against you, unfairly, is if you're shipping from overseas. There's a unjust bias at times from buyers in the states against overseas sellers, heck some don't even like buying from Canada.

Actually i am only selling locally, i am not into overseas shipping to sell as i know how people are paranoid about overseas purchase then headache if issues are there, but i may buy overseas if i have no choice.
