Where's the vantage point for that?
And how's it look for tonight? I'm thinking there's a few DTLA shots I wouldn't mind redoing with the Batis 18.

Not sure if you're referring to my post, but those shots were in Baltimore City at a club called "Paradox".

Gaabnz, your milky way photos are like cheat codes, I dont have nearly as dark as a sky, but did manage to go shoot it as well. Clouds came rolling in shortly after.

Sorry. My post was for Charlie. I've shot that same lighthouse many times. But his vantage point on that MW shot seems to be more elevated.

Yep that color picker comes in handy at times. I have been testing out another panel called Lumenzia by Greg Benz. It's doesn't have as many buttons as Raya Pro or the TKActions panel but boy does it have some nice features and addresses some of the side effects of using luminosity masks, namely large file sizes and excessive history state in PS. The panel allows you to create luminosity masks but but they are not channel based. Instead they are derived from curves.

Here is more info if you are interested. I especially like the color range tool, the various adjustment tools, and the free hand option to create vignettes. Im finding my TIFF files are much smaller now and my workflow with using luminosity masks much more streamlined.

Thanks for posting this, hadn't heard of this panel but watching videos on it now. Looks good

No problem Eddie. One cool feature is the zone picker which means the tool will determine the right luminosity mask for you. This saves time because often you're going through the various luminosity masks trying to find the one you need. This tool bypasses that step. Greg has some useful videos on his YT channel. You get 2 hours of detailed videos when you buy the panel. I'm still fairly new to it and learning the ins and outs.

I have a friend who cannot afford to subscribe the iCloud's PS+LR. He asked me if Photoshop Elements can do the trick. I told him to hold on and I will try.
Turns out it works. Not as powerful as photoshop cc but close.

Here's a before and after using the trial version of the Photoshop Element 14.

The before is dull and flat because it's a sooc raw, no sliders at all. I did not use my custom white balance too that's why the white balance is off.

Thank you, Vin.

No, no focus-stacking. I shot them with the TS-E 90mm, with a couple of degrees of tilt - so all in focus sooc.
