I like the 19th century better ;)

Yes, me too.

Bit risky leaving there drunk after a party, though!

how about having it further back? I love the convenience of those popup backgrounds, hate the wrinkles, havent tried anything else.

I have been debating getting Photographing the World: Cityscape, Astrophotography, and Advanced Post-Processing and Photographing The World: Landscape Photography and Post-Processing with Elia Locardi. The price has kept me away. Is it worth it? Does f-stoppers have sales? The sample was pretty good...so tempted.

Its a tight spaces but will give it a try.

I have a hand steamer that I usually use to take out wrinkless, but it takes forever

Gaussian blur might help with the wrinkles.

Gaussian blur might help with the wrinkles.

Surface blur might be a better choice than gaussian in this instance. Of course, at this resolution, it's hard to say what method would work best.

Good one Gene!

Carlo, such a fun shot. My son is really into Supeman now. 3 years is a fun age.

it's so quiet since everyone is trying to figure out how the heck to shoot "straight line" :p

Seriously. I've been stumped.

Here's some randomness.

Camera Leather (external link) – 13$
"VH Black Vinyl" I used for mines
info provided from seller :
"This material is very easy to work with.
The A4 size sheet is adequate, and the cost is $13.50 plus postage.
Please note it is only possible to apply leather/leatherette to the
flat parts of the camera, that do not already have the hard rubber
shell.
We can also sell you the Levant leather ($19-26) or the Seal Grain
coarse ($17.50) in the same size. But these will be somewhat more
difficult to work with"

so its not already cut to size? how well does it stick? and how well does not come off when you want it to come off?

Can someone familiar with US tax confirm something with me please. The a6300 is a good price in bestbuy compared to the uk at the current exchange rate. If I purchase one in Florida when I am there next month will there be sales tax added or is the price on the website the final price?

There will be sales tax added to the listed price. Buy it from BH and have it shipped to you in Florida :-)

I believe you would have to add a sales tax of 6% if you bought it through Best Buy or any other 'mortar and brick' business in the State of Florida.
