using the 50mm 1.8 on the A6000 as a backup body, shot with the A7 and the kit lens from the A6000.

PS: I'm selling a dirt cheap 28mm: https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1465614

This looks great Travis.

I think it would be even more successful if all the sky was cropped off. Not just because the sky is blown out, but mainly because, as the sky, as the brightest element in the scene, distracts from the main show: the waterfall.

The color in the rock is beautiful as is the entirety of the scene. Looking forward to visiting the area myself. :)

These three cars sum up my youth. Mk1 Escort was my first car at 16. Modded it and sold it even before I passed my test. At 17 my third car was a 1275GT Mini overbored to 1340 with twin carbs. Loved that car and was sorry after I sold it. My best mate had several Lotus Sunbeams, both Mk1 and Mk2. 200BHP at the wheels we used to take on 911's, Audi Quattro's, Cosworths and leave them for dead. Happy memories when I saw these shots..........

Glad the shots were more than just visual for you ;) I've had a Mk1 Escort since I passed my test in the early 90's!! That one above is mine, I've owned since '96 :)

Well, stinker. I've had an unplanned expense come up and it looks like I'll be returning the CV 10mm. I may re-purchase later, but I'm also eyeing that Laowa 12mm f/2.8 due out later this fall.

The new expense? I just hit my limits with our existing bed, so we decided to replace it right away. Hoping it helps solve my sleep disorder crisis that I've been going through for a few months now.

Got to prioritize health ahead lenses (especially if they're 10mm). :p

I won't take a loss on it, since it's within the return period, but if anyone wants to snag it before it's returned shoot me a PM to discuss.

I'm going back to Vegas in October and seeing Billy Idol at HOB. I've heard mixed answers on their camera policy, but it sounds like I'll be able to get in with the RX-100ii but not the a6000 or A7R.

Our seats are excellent, so I'm not worried about lack of telephoto range. Anyone had any experience getting into a HOB as a civilian with a camera, P&S or otherwise?

Thanks, I cropped off a chunk from the sky and the foreground, still needed to go further I guess...I was a little off that day, it was 96 degrees out, 90%+ humidity and we were sweating so bad it was miserable...couldn't lean over the camera, the sweat would just our off...I want to go back this fall on a cloudy, foggy day and get there early in the AM.

This utility updates the ILCE-7RM2 system software to version 3.30, and provides the following benefits:
• Adds support for Radio Controlled Lighting System
• Improves stability in picture shooting mode (optimizing temperature control, effect is different according to temperature)
• Adds support to output video via HDMI (still mode) when using the Remote Camera Control software
• Improves overall stability and operability of the camera

Thanks. It is the Raven Cliffs Wilderness Area near Helen, GA.

Good to know. I've done the AT through Ga. and a few other states and Ga. kicked my arse; the mountains there are worse than the ones in NC,TN or Va.
Well shouldn't really worse-they're all beautiful, just the AT through Ga was steep.
