Those are outstanding results. The FE 55 is definitely sharp.

Hey Eddie and David, did you see Greg Benz's black and white image?

https://gregbenzphotography.com/cityscape/the-sky-tree/ (external link)

I don't know if he used hard selections or just luminosity masks. I'm hoping he will create a tutorial on this.

Edit: I just commented on his blog.

The 85 GM, Batis 25 and FE 35 all have a sharpness score of 36 on the A7RII. The FE 28 is now showing 35 for sharpness and 40 overall. Confirms what I already thought about the lens. The new testing also shows that the Batis 85 is very close to the 85 GM. The 90 Macro is showing 42MP sharpness! I assume that means that is is genuinely out resolving the sensor?

It's good that they re-tested those lenses on the a7rII. Its pretty clear that when it comes to DXO, there isn't any point at all in comparing lenses shot on different resolution bodies. There has to be some way to normalize the scores based on the sensor resolution (I thought they were doing this already but I guess not?)

I'm leaning towards the Godox. Forget the exact model.

I love my Godox 685S.. the little extra bundle is actually handy, I use their 'pocket softbox' thing almost every time I use that flash.

These are the solid rocket boosters (the white bits) and the external tank (orange bit) used for various space missions including the launches of the space shuttles. The solid rocket boosters are recovered and re-used but the tank is lost in space.

Not for roughly 65% price increase over the TT685S, at least for me. I'm sure some people value the custom battery pack more though. I just didn't want to spend $200 when I could spend $120, and I didn't want another set of batteries to keep up with, along with the charger, etc..

Amazingly sharp over the full length of the boosters Eddie, especially at f8. Another great shot!

Colors just pop off the screen in a good way. Very nice Eddie. Would be cool to do a composite of his in space.

is there any other differences? is the older TT585 fully TTL compatible?
