I am liking that Oly E-M1 II. still wish someone would come up with a app like the olympus Live Composition / Bulb view where when taking night shots you can watch the screen it will take multiple shots and add together but not blow out say a street light so you can get stars moving around a light source with out blowing out and it merges all in camera.

My buddy wasnt shooting the camera that I know of but I think I figured out he was shooting the new zoom based on his credits in the video for the zoom.

The weather proofing and in camera merging of pics among a few other cool features are intriguing...... Wish Sony and Oly were even more tight than they are.

the publicity stuff says well under $10K including the one lens...which is still a lot of coin...and the lens lineup will be limited for sure.

Some folks says it's just an A7RII with a DSLR body. haha except ng 12fps though. and faster processor maybe.

It seems like this camera was a no-brainer for Sony to roll out. Take some of best parts of the A77ii and A7rii and put them into an a-mount update that is years overdue. The glass already there, so why not? A stabilized 42mp sensor in a FF DSLR body has a lot of win in it.

The A77ii is a great body, with noise above ISO 1600 being its Achilles heel. If the a99ii can shoot to ISO 6400 well I think people will buy it at a better rate than they bought the first A99.

I wonder what Medicine Man thinks?

My question on the a99 II. Does it have the new processor like in the a6300 so there's no blackout during continuous shooting. If so I'd love to have one for wildlife.

If high-end FE lenses already cost around €1500 - €3000, I don't want to know what these Fujinon GF lenses are going to cost...

Yeah "well under 10k" is an odd comment. If it's 7k surely saying its 7k looks better than well under 10. That to me suggests it's $9100 or thereabouts :)
