Welcome! And post away, the more the merrier. Nice opening shots too, really well lit considering a lot look like tricky situations to control

Wow! Fantastic work. Lovely lighting on all those.

Thanks you guys for the welcome. Hope you all don't get too bored with my submissions since they will mainly be of my children and other family members. I'll probably toss in some A6000 pics here and there if that's not a problem since I sometimes take that with me when just out running around with the kids when I don't want to take the bigger bodied A7RII and lense combos. My children tend to scatter like cockroaches in separate directions when out and about so the smaller camera and lense comes in handy at times...lol. Here's a few A6000 pics from my family vacation in the outer banks this past summer. Used the cheap Sigma 30 f/2.8 Art lense for all these.

very nice pics, using Fuji now but having a hard time deciding to sell my a6300. Both xt2 and a6300 are amazing and very close to iq.

Thanks! I'm going with he Sigma 19mm f/2.8, Sony FE 28mm f/2, and Sony E 50mm 1.8. While a little short on the longer end, this should get me close to where I was with my 35/85 pairing on the 5d3. All have very nice examples on flickr when paired with a6xxx bodies. Of course it's all relative but I can't believe how cheap the lenses are!

Good choice. The 6500 solves a lot of the issues that people had with the 6000 and 6300, namely the terrible buffer, lack of IBIS, and the lack of touch screen.

If i wasn't committed to the E-M1 Mark II, the a6500 would be a compelling option. It just handles a tad too small for me.

Moon today. can't wait for tomorrow's supermoon.

from an 85mm lens in aps-c(cropped) mode. The cropped is 300% cropped from an aps-c mode so it's about 400% cropped in reality

Hope you got some good shots. I tried but my longest zoom is 200mm and it was foggy today. It didn't seem any bigger than any other full moon.

I caught this right before my morning work-out.

100% crop from the 70-300. Some CA I should have cleaned up, but not bad overall. I shot from a tripod and probably should have stopped the lens down, but I was in a hurry.

Well broke my Jeep this weekend but it was the last weekend I was planning on going out for a few weeks.

No word on ship dates for the 6500 but putting the 6300 plus some of my old lenses below as a package deal out to market this week.

I almost canceled and split my bag with olympus but in the end I am sony for now.

Here are some from the weekend
