could you post a picture of 12-24 on sony?

Sure. It's huge and heavy.....but after using the GM lenses for the past couple of months the size does not necessarily put me off when I'm actually shooting.

I have the loxia when I want to go light.

Thanks! When you're dealing with kids at that age the best thing to do is just hang back and let those moments happen.

Impressive. Look at that huge front element!

Btw, really enjoyed your last portrait with the mom and child. Well done.

Yeah its really big, but even with the adapter attached its actually a tad shorter than the 24-70 GM so not totally unreasonable.

Not a dumb question because cards that have the specs and should work on paper don't always allow to shoot 4k. That one should be good though.

thats fine, 64GB is plenty, even for video. I accidentally got a slower card and has no issues with 4K.

Well, after a few hours of editing, I finished a macro image of a moth (believe it's a moth but it could be a butterfly?). I did manually blend in part of a separate background to add some more drama. The winged creature itself was a combination of 3 focus stacked images.

Poor little guy was cold that morning but it worked out great since he didn't move much at all. Very lucky.

Yeah the alternative is to carry a bag of primes as there are big differences in FOV between 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, and 24.

The big question is how useful 12-15mm is, as a 16-35 F4 zoom is MUCH more compact.
