It was a lot of work to lose that weight (p90x) but seeing my dad go through that scared the crap out of me. I've managed to keep most of it off ever since. I have done it three times in my life...and always fail to keep it off...in college went from 225 to 150...before my daughter was born went from 225 to 195 with p90X...then last year went from nearly 240 to 200...but I keep seeing pictures of myself lately...and don't like it...and I want to be around for my kid as she gets older, so I have to get back on the horse...
