More Maui stuff. Landscapes this time. Really been digging the skinnier aspect ratios for landscapes these days. Doing a lot of 4x2 or 16x9.
FE 24-70/4 for both.

Is Callum not wondering where she is? ![]() ![]() ![]() She does look sad here, I wonder if she could tell. She is a very attention needing cat and tries to sit on top of you every single time you sit down. We could no longer give her the attention she craved so a family member who has always had cats has taken her instead and she looks to have settled in nicely. We still have the other cat Diego who has a different nature. Sounds harsh but we didn't want Callum growing up seeing us pushing Ellie away all the time. In the end Callum was getting a bit scared of her as she accidently scratched him a couple of times trying to sit on him for attention. She is the most gentle cat ever so was definitely not intentional Leica M11 | Leica Q2 | Sony α7RV

I remember when Diego went missing - he was gone quite some time if I remember. Hope you'll keep posting phots of him.

We will still get to see Ellie from time to time but the person she is now living with is retired so she will be getting full attention which we thought was better Leica M11 | Leica Q2 | Sony α7RV

I caught this a little late.......Those shots were taken with the Sony "E" 50 1.8, not the "FE". Different lens. Mine is the APS-c only lens. I have read the FE 50 is not so great. I'm really impressed with the "E" 50. That said, I may be switching it out for the FE 55 sometime in the future. Cory

Don't know why Optics Pro is so bad at adjusting highlights/shadows...it just doesn't work as well as C1 or LR for recovering and getting the histogram in good shape without wrecking the image quality. It's got a lot of really cool tools, but I dislike the tonal editing so much that I'm done with that software. David | Flickr

Thanks David. I'll skip it then. Interesting that they are making it available for free. New version is coming out. - Alfredo -
