I may have a different opinion than most, but besides bringing some shadow lift to her eyes, I prefer almost everything about the original image - which I think is excellent.

thanks for the feedback. so i over brightened the eyes? i'll be more careful next time.

the eyes are great, the white screening effect is a little heavy IMO. overall, I think the edit is great.

no I like the eyes in the edit (it is all about the eyes) - i just prefer the more contrasty original image - it is excellent and 'real'

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

The eyes look great! I'm not wild about the lens flare effects in the lower right. But the eyes are dynamite

I know I'm not a fan of lens flare effects either. I just got bored of my style so i added that. haha

awsome edit vinz, i dont understand why people would insist on writing a book on their body, images are one statement but a book makes no sence and looks awful, stunning model though

I read it and like it. Though I find it an interesting motto coming from a model.

The tattoo vs no tattoo debate is almost as old as the full frame vs crop debate. I'm in the tattoo camp

More princess cosplay stuff.

Black-foamie thingie bounce flash method via godox 860s (bought another one) and rogue flashbender in the first shot. Second shot I used the black foamie method for a fill flash....key light was an ad360 inside an octabox. Interestingly, the black foamie method by itself provided softer, more flattering light.

Music video shoot few nights ago with the a7sii..
this camera has changed my view on ISO in video so much.. i'm still adjusting , mentally .. I get nervous when I see ISO hitting above 12,800.. but I have to reassure myself ,, we're clean all the way till 51,200 as long as I expose proper,, and usable~ish in to the 80k's iso
unfortunately the low light abilities don't quite carry over to photos in the same way.. I mean its still better than any camera I've had.. but a 40,000 iso pic is no where near as clean as a 51,200 iso video..
