OK I'm curios. What about the EOS 70-200 NON IS....since IS not needed on the Rii.

that's actually one of my plan. i need an f2.8 70-200. Also this is lighter and smaller than the version with IS. I also owned the lens before and it's so sharp and the color is amazing. you almost don't need to process. I hope something can test out the AF of this.

Stop it I dont want to buy the metabones I have two stupid comlites.... need to sell those and the canon and go FE.

I have a viltrox adaptor (£70) and my 35 IS focusses on my a7rii as fast as my 5DIII (I actually think.it feels faster but it may be my imagination). You don't need a metabones

Just back from the summer trip and I have to say the A7R performed as expected. Level of detail captured with the Canon 16-35 is impressive! Only problem I have is some shots showing lens flare/reflection in the corners. Pretty sure it is the Viltrox converter as it happened with multiple lenses. really miffed about that on some shots. Will post examples once I have any ;)

The A7R2 is looking real tasty!

Vinz, have you considered removing or reducing the dark areas under her eyes? Here's a quick edit I did using the patch tool. I removed the dark areas, brightened her teeth slightly and adjusted the white balance based on my monitor.

ur right about reducing the dark area under her eyes but i think you went too much that it looks unnatural. remember, that dark area is not an eyebag.

Your white balance is correct. I just went warmer.

here's the eye bag. Photo credit to Dani Diamond from his tutorial on understanding Human eye at Fstoppers.com (https://fstoppers.com …etouch-it-naturally-60235 (external link))

Thanks. I have a couple more I took of the marquee but I liked that one best. It tells a story I think.

Here's what's coming soon!
