I admire the work you guys do with that focal length (35). I can't remember when I touched the 35ART last.
I need to broaden my horizons that's for sure.

And speaking of the purple fringing, Gene you remember pointing it out to me not long ago. I just can't see it.
Poof can though and is trying to point it out to me. Purple color blind maybe?

Eddie, I plan to use my Peak Design rain pouch. It can double as a light block for LE work. Just order the bigger size.

I think I am going to try out the large one of those...looks perfect. Thanks for the tip.

Backyard fun with the kids trying out MF. Definitely a work in progress, but I do like this lens on the A7R.

What's th best or good brand for ND filters? I just found out my cheapo ND filter is giving me uneven light transmission.

haida

firecrest seems good, but not quite the quality of haida, and lee behind both IMO.

Breakthrough was best in this test (although they failed to test Haida): https://fstoppers.com/bestfiltertest (external link)

I am feeding the ADD monster right now and watching that...their first test for white balance or color cast...already I disagree...they have to be blind...and I don't say that because I have anything in the game...but they are way off IMO. Someone else watch it and see if you agree...
