I think you did a find job. 2 & 3 are my favorite. I wouldn't mind seeing some of these in color!

Positively stunning! What's your B&W process? #3 is my fav - even the "flaws" work in it's favor.

insufferably pedantic. I can live with that.

Some of your locations are high on my list of favorite places in the Valley. These are all stunning shots. Photographers tend to neglect Leidig Meadow, but you did a great job at getting its layered look (from front to back: grass, trees, canyon walls, sky).

thank you for you kind comments, Yosemite is by far one of my favorite places to shoot. -as cliche as it sounds. I honestly think no matter what type of weather, lighting, conditions Yosemite throws at you, that in itself has just the natural beauty.

As far as post process, i don't really have a workflow, i adjust my exposure > color temp > contrast > clarity/sharpness/highlights/shadows, etc.. according to what is pleasing to me. then i add back some grain and i go through LR's B&W presets.

to be honest, i PP'ed #2 first. that was the last landscape shot i got before i left the park and i just loved the fog with the sun breaking through, so the image was still fresh in my head. it was the most difficult shot to get with my limited experience. I had no idea how i was going to shoot it and PP it. I took a couple shots, exposing for canyon wall, grass, fog, etc... then i picked the best one i liked, PP'ed and converted to B&W, and that was the end result. and i feel satisfied with the results.

Excellent series, #2 and 6 were my favourites. Really nice conversions.

LOVE the black and white. I am trying to remember to play around with it. black and white changes the whole feeling of the picture. Nice job!
