Hrm,

Hard to say if it's truly fungus, doesn't seem to have typical fungus growth pattern. Doesn't appear to be mold.

But it could be, maybe just an odd one I've not seen in terms of pattern.

It almost looks like potential delamentation.

Here's an example of some serious fungus just for reference:
