=Hawk's Feather;17577256]Nice images. She does have great eyes and seems to be very relaxed. While her being at ease makes your job easier, it has to be a reflection on the photographer that you are. I have seen some lovely models that the photographer didn't get the results that I thought they would (or should) have gotten.
This young lady and I clicked right away. That sure helped!
I actually learned about subject relationships from a landscape and architecture photographer. A woman I work with loves landscapes and architecture, and she was a mentor of sorts when it came to discussing equipment and technically correct photos. I'm not saying I'm anything special, but one day she said she wish she was half the portrait photographer I was. I said, "what? I'm leanrning from you!" She pointed to a building and said, "I can capture that, beautifully...but I don't have to talk to it!" Again, not saying I'm anything special, but she said I get around a subject (or two, or three), and the dance and relationship building begin. Turns into just a few friends hanging out taking pictures. That gave me a lot of insight, and confidence. Now to work on my posing!
Thank you!
