RGB flasks with nitrogen

This is an composition I have done with a single flask, will with water and then liquid nitrogen

What are your impressions on the composition/idea? Ways to improve? I plan to have another play with liquid nitrogen in a few weeks time

I have two versions. Although very similar, the translucencies of the bases are different. (Done with another exposure)
Which works better?

The flasks need to be backlit or lit from the bottom, I feel it doesnt have enough of a "glow" to eally make the image

I agree. A variance between the flasks would make it more interesting.

Cool shot! I definitely prefer the varying 'smoke', but I think non backlit flash looks better - more rich.

Yes, this one! The different smoke is great! Sorry, can't offer any critique to the lighting, although I think I prefer the colors from the first shot.
