It's just a lot of photoshopping. I made 4 shots of my daughter, standing on the white shelf, one with straight legs (head down), and two more with each leg against a wall. Then I moved her up to the ceiling with all the shadows, and carefully copied two bent legs with shadows, from other two shots. I used one flash bounced from a wall.
