Adding gear that is not in the system

I'd like to add a Mamiya/Leaf camera to my gear list. Its not on the list. Is there a way to enter it manually?

The items must be added to the gear database before they can be added to gear lists. I am the only one who has the power now

Are the cameras and lenses mention in http://www.mamiyaleaf.​com/products.html enough, or do you need some older models there, too (http://en.wikipedia.or​g/wiki/Mamiya#Products)?

Would it be possible to add "Other" to the list, maybe with a pop up suggesting that the OP list the equipment in the post?

I'd like this approach, although my suggestion has been to make "Other" brand-specific, so if I post a photo from, say, one of my ancient Canon compact/super-zoom cameras, and it's not in the database, I could choose "Canon - Other" for the camera and then a choice for a fixed-lens!
