This is my first post on this excellent forum! You all played a part in my decision to purchase a G 3! And I haven’t been disappointed. I considered the G 5 for a while, then decided to save some cash and spend it on memory. I also got a 550 EX flash. The reason for this and not the popular 420 EX is that I intend to change my entire Nikon system to Canon! Digital is going to play a huge role in my future photography and I believe Canon is way ahead on that front. So hopefully the fabulous EOS 10D will be acquired in a few months time!
