Looking at buying a used Nikon D800e and am wondering do they make any lens adaptors so I can use my Canon lenses on a nikon camera?

Sorry for the late pickup.

There may be adaptors out there but you won't be able to achieve infinity focus with any EF mount lens on an F mount Nikon (without a glass element in the adaptor). They'd only be any good for macro
