Time to get rid of some less-used items: This is the prosumer wide-angle from Canon, Mark II version of the 20-35mm lens. This lens is MIJ: Made in Japan, serial code is in the 3700xxxx range.
Lens is in great, great shape. There are no visible marks, scratches or other imperfections in the glass, it's all clean and clear with no haze, fungus or anything like that. Glass is pristine. Sale includes BOTH original Canon front and rear lens caps. The front cap is pretty marked up.
The body has some minor scratches, just from being taken in and out of the bag. Totally normal signs of use and you would have to look hard to see them. I see one tiny scratch that is 5mm long and about 0.5mm wide near the "AF-MF" switch, and that's about it on the exterior. The rubber on the zoom ring and on the focus ring is still elastic, hydrated and black (not hazy white). Photo of the metal mount shows little use.
This includes the excellent, sturdy Canon EW-83II hood as well. The hood has some exterior scratches, again totally normal for use. Very, very minor.
I am the original owner but sadly have no box for this. I have owned it for 10 years or so and it has seen little use in the "DX" era. Seems like I'm not going the FF route, so if you're looking for one of these in great shape, here you go.
