Not sure of the identification - Could use some help

So this bird flies in by my pond today. I would have to say it is a Little Blue Heron white morph.
However, I have never seen one with both color feathers. I am assuming it is just immature but never have seen one.

What do you think?

Nice shots Gary. This is a Little Blue Heron transitioning into adult plumage. We call this phase a "tweener" around here. White morph is different than white phase. A white morph would be a genetic alteration from normal color, white phase is a natural transition color.
