G'lord, sony is just cranking out those bodies.

Wikipedia shows that A7/A7R was announced in Oct 2013. So in ~20 months, Sony announced A7, A7R, A7S, A7II, and A7RII.

Really curious as to what their strategy is with so many bodies released in such a short time span.

Apparently this is supposed to focus much faster with Canon lenses when using an adapter. I'm dying to see how this thing focuses with, say, the new Canon 24-70. That could be my kit.

Game, set, match - I think I just found my next body. Assuming it lives up to the claims like most of their recent bodies, I'll be making the switch from Canon to Sony. The body sounds pretty incredible.
